| Recently I've been playing fallout nv with a decent amount of mods running at the same time. However my game keeps crashing, not every 5 minutes but for instance I have run the lucky 38 mod on and nearly every time I enter the lucky 38 the game will crash giving me the notification "error out of memory". this has happened to me before but never so frequently. Does anyone know a way to fix this or have any advice on it? |

| http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35262/? Might want to install this, its compatible with with NVSE and Enb .dll file gos into the exe folder. |

| This used to happen to me with skyrim every once and a while...
How much Vram does your card have?
Are you using the 4gb loader?

| Install FNV4GB, also, I recommend you use NV Stutter Remover and NVAC New Vegas Anti Crash.

| I'm pretty sure I'm using 4gb enabler perhaps I need to delete and reinstall it and I'm not quite sure about the Vram I'll have to check thank you all so much for your advice so far! |

| Like the people up in the comments i recommend getting 4gb or if you have any mods uninstall some of them. Trust me it helps, i had over 200 mods installed and uninstalling half helped me in the long run! _________________ Through the roads we walk, it is the lessons that make us

| If you're using an older version of 4gb and also running an enb, make sure to get the newer, modified 4gb. Once you do that, install the enb files into the exe folder that 4gb will create in New Vegas root folder. |

| I agree with everyone, but I also advise you to go offline before you start NV, and also is best to close any things that are heavy in memory in background.
I experienced several crashes recently, and it was because sneaky stealth Windows update in the background.

| Install 4gb new Vegas and make sure you put the mod in your new Vegas root. Then create a shortcut for the 4gb launcher to you desktop and always run new Vegas from that shortcut
