Well i officially cannot do a single thing concerning ENBs, 3 times i have had to wipe everything fallout NV off my computer and re-install it, Followed the instructions as best i could and everything is see through, the only thing that appears of npcs are the hair, eyes and tongue models, tried to get screenshots but it hasn't seemed to save on my hard drive, Can anybody recommend a REALLY simple enb or at least give me some clear instructions that even a child could follow, as i genuinely am stupid. Any help is Incredibly appreciated. i even followed a youtube video step by step and still failed!

Edit: Turns out the steam overlay was the problem.

Do you have antialiasing and anisotropic filtering turned off? If you use Nvidia you might also have to turn them off in the nvidia control panel as well.
