| Has anyone thought about porting it? Or the BOS camp items including the Air to surface turret to 4? _________________ the messages ov the old world still persist and find meaning in the present most cant/wont hear the weight in their feet either for good or worse in the messages they speak to one another in truth we are all couriers carrying unknown messages.

| this is relevant to my interests! i would also be interested in some BoS camp items, specifically the Brotherhood Field Station.
actually, if anyone is interested in bringing camp items to Fallout 4, i would be interested in anything they think is worth porting over... |

There used to be. Not sure now. If you pay me for my time I can port stuff. Sure, it's "easy" and just requires a little "knowledge" but an inexperienced modder will get many things incorrect and it will look shitty. (just look at zachtan1234 and nickheggo's shitty ports between NV and FO4). FO76 uses an intermediate fork of the Creation engine dubbed "Halfway" internally by the devs. They're also constantly making changes to the engine, both client and server side, as well as small tweaks to the render pipelines on consoles. Bethesda LOVES to add extra vertices (if you open any of their meshes in Blender, clear sharp, then remove doubles poly count will be halved) and cleaning those up without ruining UV mapping can be tedious. |
