I have played the entirety of my playthrough without crashes. SInce i started playing, i've never taken an esp out of the loadorder. If i did, i rolled back saves to before it was installed. So was fairly confident in my ability to get a stable game.

Until now. For some reason my game has been consistently crashing. While moving along the road into goodsprings, teleporting into the outside cell, or opening a door into the outside cell, causesd my game to CTD or freeze up. I thought it was isolated to goodsprings because it is repeatable easily. Now on my way to the Old World Blues DLC, i crash on the road leading to the Mojave Outpost.

I've put a lot of time into this playthrough and would like to save it, even if it means rolling back saves. Alternatively i've been looking for a time to start New California so not the worst excuse.

Load Order:

I've un-updated any of the mods i've tampered with since my game stopped running w/o crashes, to test for culprits and iagnose, but to no avail.

I'm not familiar with all those mods so I can't guess which one it would be. Only thing I can suggest is the old fashioned way of disabling half and testing it. If that still doesn't work, disable half of that. etc until you pinpoint the culprit. It's annoying and tedious, but it's really the only thing I can say will work.

Alternatively, you could find the mods that you suspect might potentially be causing the issue and checking the bug section of the mod page to see if anyone else had a similar issue.

Try to bypass the area where the game crashes.
You can also try disabling mod files
Mojave Arsenal.esp
Mojave Wildlife (FO3-Style + No Chanced) .esp

The two following mods are not compatible: Unofficial Patch NVSE - Unofficial Patch Plus. Not sure why both are in your load order.

I had the same issue, and it's been so frustrating I gave up the salvage effort and quitted FNV for a while. I've tried deactivate/reinstalling every mod, updated graphic card driver, clearing my saves and even re-installed the game - none worked.

Turns out, the problem is multi-fold and applying several measures in this page really helped the stability:

Out of all, installing the latest New Vegas Tick Fix seems to help the most (this may not apply in your case). I suggest giving the link above a good read

get FNVedit and on the top left of the left pane, you'll see a bar for form ID. On that paste, the form ID for Goodsprings and Mojave outpost separately to see which mods alter or add to them. If you see on the right pane, a red highlight it indicates conflict, and on the top part of the plane you'll see which mods alter that form ID
Goodsprings form ID is: 000daebb
Mojave Outpost form ID is: 000e1b6a
Once you paste each one separately you'll see which mods modify or touch that cell and you can individually disable them to isolate the problem.
Goodluck and this method has helped me quite a lot with New Vegas, especially when I was fixing a serious of game breaking bugs.

Mojave arsenal and wildlife seemed to have been the issue, but it has since been fixed by subsequent updates.

Whats wrong with patch plus? ill remove but i think i needed it for another mod

There's nothing really wrong with both of them, but they both fix the same things. Since both use scripts for certain fixes afaik, they could conflict and apply the same fix twice or two different things.

UPP isn't a true "bug-fix" mod, but I think most of the changes are sane. I personally use UP NVSE since it's only concerned with bug fixes, but it's ultimately your decision.

Probably reiterating what has already been said, but crashes in specific areas are usually the fault of mods that affect those areas. Try disabling any mods you know that affect those locations. After that point, if it still crashes, open up all your mods in FNVEdit and check for any edits to those locations, make note of the mods that have any changes made there and disable them one by one until you find the culprit.
