The gray lines are very visible only in darker places in the game while in places where there's light (e.g when looking at the sun) the lines are not visible at all.
and while I do not have a  weak graphics card the RTX 2080 TI (x2) the lines were almost unnoticeable so I thought it's nothing. And then I bought the LG 27UD58P-B 27" IPS 4K UHD which I have now and the lines intensified as described previously.
And the monitor itself is still using HDMI, so I tried to connect it via display port. Nothing has worked. I am using enb and IT DOES go away when enb is removed BUT other games such as Fallout New Vegas and so on, aren't affected by it even with enb on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
