It is Vault 101 in the land of Skyrim. It is inspired by the Fallout games but there is no experiment. Rather it is an abandoned Dwemer shelter turned into a Dragon Shelter by scared citizens of Skyrim. You are given a spot in the vault and it contains many references to Fallout.

It seems to be able to act as its own hold as there are Vault guards and a jail to detain you should you cause trouble in the vault. I personally like the classroom area. There is a very funny version of the G.O.A.T. Test changed to match the world of Skyrim but still remains almost identical to the original.

There are also crafting stations for you use and some companions for you to recruit.

I wish I could figure out how to link Skyrim and New Vegas together one day like TTW. This is incredible! It's not the same as what I envisioned though, its even better! Such as well done mod!
