So I downloaded the Drag Armor mega pack and Dragbody NPC Overhaul and I try using it and can't seem to get to work. I tried almost everything, used NMM, drag and dropped in my directory and Data folder but nothing seem to work. Can someone explain if I'm missing something or now where my problem is?

You really need to clarify what you mean by "just won't work."
Did you install it? If so, go to data manager (where your plugins menu is) and tick the box next to the plugin to activate.
Best thing to do is look up a tutorial on NMM. Might seem like a lot, but in the long run it's worth it just to save yourself aggro down the road.
