From the journals, holotapes, and terminals read in-game, which faction do you think is the best hope for rebuilding Appalachia, theoretically of course. For me, I chose the Enclave because I kind of headcanon West Virginia as kind of being beginning of the Enclave's presence on the East Coast and perhaps even where Autumn Sr. stopped before venturing into the Capital Wasteland.

Realistically, no-one. Everyone's dead by the time of Fallout 76...

With that being said however, I think if any of the factions were to come back then the Responders would easily be the best hope; sure, they might not be advanced as they enclave, or as unified as the brotherhood, but they care about Appalachia - this is where they grew up, and they care about the future of this area.

Yeah, I think the Responders see probably the most interesting faction introduced. They kind of remind of the Followers of Apocalypse, without the pacifism.
