You simply go into Data/Music/Special and find MainTitle. Rename the file you want to replace it with to MainTitle, and voila!!.

I was playing TTW with @Anro19's dread Undead of the Mojave ENB, and I wanted a custom theme for it. I wanted something that bridges the gap between New Vegas and 3, but something more terrifying. I guess it's more of a remix/ambiance track than anything, but here it is if anyone is interested. The music is pulled directly from New Vegas, so I think it falls into the grey area, being added to TTW.
