Hello everyone,
relatively soon, I am planning to do my first heavily modded playthrough of Fallout 3. I have never extensively modded Fallout 3 before (only NV) , and I was wondering, What are some of the best mods for Fallout 3?

A couple of my friends have already suggested that I do Fallout: Wanderers Edition, and that I try Tale of Two Wastelands, but I have no idea what other mods to use. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
