| Who else is hyped? I see a lot of potential in this and I think it’ll be the closest thing to a new obsidian fallout game. What do yall think? |

| so hyped to have yet another playthrough of modded RPG campaign, it's going to be awesome. To answer your question, I agree with it being the closest thing to a new Fallout game, hopefully, it fills in the disappointment I had when playing Fallout 4, not a horrible game but not my favourite to say the least. I've seen the recent trailer for it and my impressions changed immediately, this is totally worthy! Funny, in with the old is where it at lol. _________________ Through the roads we walk, it is the lessons that make us Never Be Afraid

| the thing that excites me most about it is the level of rpg elements. From what I’ve seen it’ll be even more expansive than new vegas in that aspect _________________ Danny Devito Fan.Diabetes Boy.Human.Male.In That Order... |

| I remember playing an earlier version of this probably 10,000 years ago when it was still called Brazil. (side note, I thought it was set in Brazil.) I remember liking it, even if it was rather janky, the landscape was empty and bland and things glitches out a lot
And that was the last I ever played if it, I didn't follow its development or research it after that point and now everyone is throwing up their arms decrying it as the hottest thing since sliced bread.
Think I might need to give it a look again... |

| Yeah, I'm super hyped for it. After seeing the trailer it looks amazing to see new assets and worlds for it. Doesn't look like it leeched too much from the vanilla NV resources (which really shows the effort put in). Prior to that I never really followed it too much. Hopefully after it comes out people will make compatibility patches for my favourite mods to go with it. I'll probably make a fresh load order just to try it out.

| The thing is I don’t even think many mods will be incompatible... atleast not anything visual, as im pretty sure that in one of the trailers they are using both enb and project nevada _________________ Danny Devito Fan.Diabetes Boy.Human.Male.In That Order... |

| @famaine Project brazil was the WIP name of this mod. Also, they have not made a release date, but they did say they are one major update from release _________________ Danny Devito Fan.Diabetes Boy.Human.Male.In That Order... |

| @Maas @Monstermen This game is definitely the closest thing to an Obsidian Fallout Game; honestly, with the professional voice acting and interesting stories, it feels more like official DLC than a mod - I've never played a quest mod and felt so immersed. It has the same spirit that New Vegas has, giving you the chance to make actual choices, not creating the illusion that you're making your own choices like FO4 does @loneheart9 I can't speak for the earlier version because I never played it, but I can assure you this version is very stable; optimization has been the focus the last few days, smoothing out any laggy areas. Time has also been committed to adding more life to the Wasteland; I only stuck to the main quest on my play through to create the trailer, and it was packed with action. I'd highly recommend giving it another chance when it's released man. @Rosenrot1995 The lead developer is also a 3D artist, he's great at creating models and textures. The Vault you start in alone has it's own share of novelties such as the brand new model of the HD textured vault door with accompanying animations. A lot of the world has also been retextured - landscape, roads, outfits etc. I can't give away any details but can assure you, you won't be waiting much longer for a release _________________ - My YouTube - |

| Parts of it look visually interesting too, nice for such an old engine. There are some weird plant-life and night-time mist effects at one part from the videos I've watched. |

| I am incredibly excited for New California to release.
Between this and The Frontier I'd say we're being spoiled, Who knows this may even trigger a resurgence of other quality mods. _________________ - My Achievements:

| In my opinion this mode will be better then the Fallout 4 itself (which i really dont like). But does anyone knows if it will be possible to add your preferred ENB or we will have to stay with what its there (looks like Ruby for me but no sure). Thx |

| @Carnall1 It should be as moddable as NV. Way I understand it, this isn't a whole new game like DUST, what the mod adds is a prequel to the events in the mojave, the player may still wake up in doc mitchell's house, when he or she is done with new california, so everything else in your game should still apply after that. I would still back up my files, just in case _________________ http://z0r.de/?id=293
