I got my all sorts of favorite goofs per game.

FO3: Moira Brown. The lady is still jolly as hell even though you blew up Megaton.

FNV: Victor. The way he speaks is just ridiculous. "I was out on a stroll that night when I heard the commotion up at the old bone orchard. Saw what looked like a bunch of bad eggs so I laid LOooOOOww."

FO4: "I'm here to pick up an order. Two large pepperoni and a calzone. Name is "Fuck You".

No-Bark is one of my favorite aspects of the Fallout universe in general. Especially given the fact I know someone almost exactly like him in real life. Seriously; he even talks like the guy. Same accent and tone.
