So here is a quick rundown: I have had endless issues with my game. I have installed and uninstalled multiple times. I have messed with the ini files and installed NVSE, NVAC, 4gb patcher, Stutter remover, you name it, ive done it. And honestly I'm about at the end of my rope.

I make a new game, when I go outside, I can't take my weapons out, and no quests work. I delete my game, reinstall all my mods and then even with 4gb patcher, I get a "Out of Memory" error. I have probably installed my game 6 times the past 2 weeks and I am pissed. Every time, there is a game breaking issue. I've made patches with FNV edit, I've searched for fixes high and low, and I do not know what is wrong. I am a mature and considerate fellow, so I try to look for solutions, but I am about to go completely "fuckthisstupidfuckingshitfestmotherfuckingshitgame"

Here is my load order:
LO:

I know for a fact that my computer can handle these, I have played with about 200 mods in the past. I think it might be windows 10... Im about to give up on this game guys. I have tried everything. Please for the love of God Help me Sad I will try to answer every question I can Neutral

I might be wrong but, it could be mod conflict somehow. like this;
98 62 Drag's PA Port NV - Compat Edition.esp
99 63 Drag's PA Port NV - Gameplay Edition.esp

you only need to actvate 1 esp file for that mod, compat edition or gameplay edition. that's the only mod conflict I could see..
also, I'm sure you're using newest jip plugin &, check ur ram, might have a problem.

@Ichigo Tiger White Tiger I have check those, at I do not believe that that was the cause of the crash. My computer can handle the game and the mods. Jip is fully updated.

I think it might be windows 10...
Very possible, Win 10/nvidia drivers have some limitations, see /// Useful informations in "optimizing skyrim" in my signature. Better use Seven with skyrim, FNV, etc... particularly if your GPU is recent and based on Nvidia drivers... Boris Vorontsof explained the problem clearly on the Nvida official forum, but they don't seem to understand what he is talking about... Read here...
1/// Use LOOT to sort your load order and check problems.
2/// These problems --> I can't take my weapons out, and no quests work + I get a "Out of Memory" error may indicate that, if your computer can easily handle the resources demanding mods you've installed, the game engine limitations may not...particularly if you've installed the 4 gb patch, FNV anti-crash, etc... It's probably not a question of number of mods in this case, rather than a incompatible combination of them and a bunch of script creating a latency that may prevent other scripts, (vanilla) to execute properly and...too much resources demanding mods...

- I suggest that first, you check if your game works correctly without any mod.
- If the game doesn't work correctly, check everything usual and in priority follow STEP
- If the game works correctly during let say...1 hour, install only light mods, those that contain almost no scripts. Each mod installed, check LOOT.
- Important : clean the mods if loot says there are dirty edits : ITM (identical to master record) and UDR (undelete and disable references). See in my signature "optimizing Skyrim", there are tips on how to resolve conflicts here : /// Load order / mods conflicts and /// Cleaning and correcting potential bugs to clean mods / forwarding references and creating patches. FNVEdit is your friend.
- Then, install heavy mods and you may have to make choices.

Finally, be patient, if your game doesn't work, it's because it has reasons to. The problem is to find which ones. Hope this helps Wink

don´t think its win 10. i use it and f03 and fnv runs smooth and fine. no crash or something else...
use only the mods you really need and only the esm and or esp you need. you had some doppel esp...

do you have the latest drivers for win 10 and your hardware? do you use vanila in and prefs?

- the easiest way to find out, is disable all mods and start a new clean vanilia game. try to verfi the game files first
when you use mo its easy to disable and enable mods, than you data folder is clean
