every time i use a enb after like 5-10 mins my fps will be 15-20 fps worse all the time until i restart my game if i dont use enb its not an issue

You should definitely not be having that issue with that rig. Have you used the in game enb UI to lock the frame rate. I don't know specifically about FONV recently, but any enb I use in a Beth game, the first thing I do is lock the frame rate (usually at 59 fps) on an almost identical rig as yours. There are other INI settings that maybe someone else can address that are specific to FONV. You didn't mention the enb you're using?

mmm seems like something i did have in the past try this setting in the ini file

bSelectivePurgeUnusedOnFastTravel=1
[General]
bPreemptivelyUnloadCells=1
if you use fallout new vegas script extender, just create a ini file in the data/NVSE
named nvse_config.ini
and put this one
[Memory]
DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=400

maybe this will help

ps you can give more MB to Heap depends on the ram usually is ok 400 even if you'r rig can be even more

pss: can you post you'r enb ini file just to be sure of something elese

Yeah, looking at my post, i worded that horribly. I was suggesting you cap/lock the fps not unlock it.

You might want to post a question like this in the enb thread here. @Hitman - the creator of this enb would be your best source for answers and he (?) is no stranger here. There are others here who do use that enb who may see your question and be able to help.

Your problem could just be that your enblocal.ini is not configured for your system. So you may want to take a look here: https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENBlocal_INI/Memory

Specifically look at the:

ReservedMemorySizeMb

+

VideoMemorySizeMb sections.

Its also possible that one of the enbs you installed may have added a reshade plugin to add additional post processing effects. Your issue could possibly be resolved by turning off reshade or removing it from your fallout new vegas directory.

FIXED so it turns out i cant use enb with fallout 4 quickloot fnv hope it helps others!
