Good day! I have read the rules for several times and I did not see any rule that prohibits hiring modders for creating a mod we desire. However,I just want to make sure that if GUNS allows the paid mod before I make stupid mistake! Thank you!

There has been a few members offer to pay for mods here and there before. As far as I have seen it is not against any rules. But to my knowledge there has never been any takers. Modding takes a lot of time and effort to do. And it depends on the size of the project you are requesting and if the amount of money you are offering for the modders work. Most modders mod for the fun of it, as it is their hobby. I think it would be better to learn how to do your own mods and that way you could create your own dream world with what ever you want in it. You can still put a request in the request mod thread and see if anyone would be interested in doing what ever you are looking to be made. Not saying no one would be willing to take your mod for pay offer, I just haven't seen anyone agree to it before.

It's not unheard of for someone to commission art assets, or set out bounties for completing difficult tasks (TTW for example). However, like Hoppyhead said, depending on what you want to do, it'll be far better for you, in the long run, to learn the skills you need.

Maybe one of us can point you in the right direction to start? What game are you intending this project for, and what's the objective?

I think mod commission is a thing here since I THINK(not really sure though) caek do it for some people. Also I think there is no written rule here that says paying for mods is not allowed here so it's up to the mod creators to either have that thing or not but they mostly go for the donation route.
