I don't agree his mod is better than New Vegas.

Back to topic, i don't think a new Lead Writer can help Bethesda, even if they hire Chris Avellone he can't do anything with the way Bethesda design their game (dumbed down and away from RPG)

hmmmm aside the wall of text I had planned to Write
I will write something very simple

Lets say Fallout 3 is Ketchup
And Fallout New Vegas is Mayonnaise

Alot of people will first love Ketchup as it is red and adds flavour
but Mayonnaise has also been around and adds alot of flavour as well
Now Both while being tasty the flavours do differ for people
The FO3 Ketchup lovers will indeed lover their Ketchup and wont touch Mayonnaise
But those who are Mayonnaise lovers will have gotten away from Ketchup
as they see there is something better on the Horizon aka Mayonnaise
But as we all Know sometimes Ketchup and Mayonnaise can do great things

And Make the Flavour greater than ever before
