Guys, i have a question too. Some files are not available for me for some reason (anti-piracy i guess?), so really curious: how can i get them?

For the mods that don't really clarify whether it is used for New Vegas or FO3, what do we assume? Or if this isn't the case, do all the mods say whether they are for FNV or FO3? And can some of these mods be used for the other game? Like how FCO has a version for 3 etc.

There are special access mods that you earn a right to here on the GUN. There is a couple of posts that explains.

You have to earn the right to access those mods, which at least to me, I do honestly believe that mod authors should at least give little tid bits to non-colonials and really the best mods are already available to you so yeah. Some mod authors on GUN have released their private mods and put them in the Public Section like the Mk117 Armor I think, I remember NcrVet showing it off and saying it was private in one of his videos but then, when I became a part of this community last year, it was in the public section so yeah. Don't worry about trying to become a colonial, like I said, the best mods are already out available to you.
