Hello Gunners and Gunettes.
I am having an issue with fallout 3 where near key locations like Springvale(Key location to me),The Underworld,Project Purity(Jefferson Memorial) and Rivet City, It Crashes
Also it started happening post-Rivet city

Mothership Crew adds lots of new NPC and various scripted encounters and actions to Rivet City exterior, I would test out if the ctd cease after disabling that mod. Smile

Hmm..There is a Troop deployment mod i have for TSC, And i deployed a Heck load of people at Important Places...I will be back with Results

You disabled all the mods that are linked to Mothership Zeta crew as well right? All the TSC mods I mean.

I used to have crashes, it was caused from running out of memory. Try using lower settings then try go into an interior see if it still crashes then. Idk if your using a high texture pack either like NMC for instance.

it could be you have too many mods for you pc and it can't run bigger places.

The type of crashes you guys are talking about are general, and @StarFarmer has already stated they are recurring crashes in key areas, which is far more likely indicative of a conflict.

You can use NVAC with Fallout 3, so try that out first: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53635/
You should also make Fallout 3 use more memory using this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6510/?

I can't figure out how to install LAAE because it has something to do with boot settings

@StarFarmer Try using LOOT and see if you have any conflicts come up, should be able to sort your mod order properly https://loot.github.io/

I've used it for Fallout 4 and it works well.

I use loot to set up my Load order


EDIT: HIT ME IN THE FACE AND CALL ME A SYNTH! THE LARGE ADDRESS MOD WORKED!

Nice, im glad its worked for you. Fallout 3 is very unstable at most times, making it larger memory stops alot of the crashes. I had to do a similar thing with my game once I found out what the issue was for exact.
