| UPDATE: Problem solved with the manually written/tweaked NVSE memory patch that I was not aware of. Further testing is needed of course but I just ran through Goodsprings in my HEAVILY modded game with 45-50+ fps (compared to the 20-25 fps I recently experienced). So I just finished playing FO4 and I'm going back to New Vegas. However, I'm having frame rate issues. I get 60+ fps indoors. I can also get Skyrim, FO3, and FO4 to work with ENB with a constant 60 fps with ENB. Disabling ENB effects in game does nothing to help, but removing the d3d9.dll and launching seems to fix things. My guess is that there's some system config in the enblocal.ini that's causing this, but I have no idea what/why. This is why I'm not bothering with mod lists, etc. Relevant Specs: i5 4440 [CPU] GTX 960 4GB VRAM [GPU] Windows 7 x64 [OS] 16 GB RAM - enblocal.ini:
