Thats because those plugins werent activated in NMM, activating them adds the * beside them, but whether or not those plugins were activated the game still crashes as explained above. (those plugins come from the same mod)
Ill Add the * so there isnt confusion

Then it's not mods. Does it crash when you start a new game with no mods?

i cant play my fallout with mods either and i dont have a mods option on my main menu at all for some reason even though everyone else seems to have it

@SupaDupaFee if you're trying to start new game and crash i'll suggest that you updating the graphic driver, i installed the AMD/ATI Radeon new beta driver, now i can play the game without crash even with the mod enabled, hope it helped you sir
