This issue has been going on for a while for me put I just put it off because it doesnt bother me back then. The thing is, sweetfx disables everytime you go alt tab/switching windows and when I tab back to the game its still not enabled. I use RUST ENB and One Tweak for fake fullscreen. I have a hunch the OneTweak is the culprit but I can't be certain. Anyone having the same issues? Is there some way to enable sweetfx without restarting my game?

Not sure if this is an answer to your problem but you can turn the sweetfx on/off by pressing "Scroll Lock" on your keyboard.

**Edit: scroll lock and pause/break functions seem to only work before you make alt tabs. I'll look around more about this.
