| This might seem unusual but im trying to cap my FPS to 30 PC. Is there a way to do this? |

| If you use a NVIDIA card, download NVIDIA inspector, it can cap fps. Look up tutorials online. |

| Well there is this http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=551069501&tscn=1447077828 which shows how to remove the fps cap and numerous other tweaks.
You could play around with that and do the opposite of what it suggests. Instead a 0 put a 2. |
