Lobotomites, without a doubt. They may be idiots, but they have far better weapons. I remember getting fragged by lobotomites carrying brush guns and hunting revolvers, while Gary's don't get anything better than police batons or 10mm pistols, and rarely .44 magnums.

As for a good fight, I'd like to see Talon Company versus Regulators in an all-out battle. You rarely ever see them fight each other, but they're supposed to be rivals.

Lobotomites for sure. I remember the Lobotomites were far tougher than the Gary clones, and better equipped. The Garry's are clones though, so you could probably make a lot of them depending on how Fallout handled cloning (can't remember to be honest). Anyway the Gary's could win if there was a lot of them.

Lobotomites, because of their technologies and (probably) more advanced body parts.
