I've been looking for this mod couple of days. It's not on nexus and it's not here. Is it only for promoted members or this mod is available somewhere else? I already got Soap's Africa armor by downloading public pack...
Mask is on video at 0:40. And I'm not advertising.Just looking for this mod.

Hey, I think the skull mask/bandana is form a mod called spice of life, its on the nexus. its really cool, it adds a lot of different outfits to new vegas.

Like others said I can't really imagine playing New Vegas without Spice of Life anymore. Really awesome immersive mod.
