| Ok I've had the problem for the whole game pretty much but it didn't really matter because only one type of enemy from AWOP would not attack me that being Legion Deserters however when playing the DLC's the White Legs, the majority of the Old World Blues enemies and the Ghost people simply won't attack me unless I shoot them first. Didn't care in the other two DLC's but Dead Money is simply shit with docile peace loving ghost people. Already tried reinstalling MMUE + patches and re-installed the perks mod and it didn't work. | I don't know but maybe Project Nevada - Rebalance Complete.esp should be after all other Project Nevada plugins and if you have Project Nevada - All DLC you don't need other patches like Project Nevada - Dead Money Project Nevada - Honest Hearts Project Nevada - Gun Runners' Arsenal I am not a expert, and I am not sure but you can try. I have hope this will help you  |

Put the re balance after all the Nevada plugins however it didn't work. Thanks for your suggestion though! I forgot to mention I also use LOOT to help me with my load order
Never mind with console commands I changed my faction by using ""player.addtofaction 04003e41 1". Betheseda isn't perfect nor is their games because the problem was the DLC didn't recognize me as an enemy but just a neutral faction |

| I started a new game and I was doing the prologue missions with Sunny Smiles, hunting the geckos, but they weren't attacking AT ALL. I shot them, waited, but their healthbar stayed white (colour of interface I chose) and didn't turn red, as it was meant to. For me, I don't think it has anything to do with DLC. I have project nevada installed correctly, as well as IWS, a couple legion mods, WOTNM, and stuff like that. My load order: - Spoiler:
