Hello all, I have been gone for a while and haven't really heard of ENBs until I recently came back here. I just started up a new play through, and was going to use Nevada Skys, NMC's Texture pack, and fallout char overhaul. Would I need to use all 3, or just one ENB? Does an ENB do the same thing as those mods do? All I know of ENBs is that they make the game look much better.

ENB doesn't include any custom textures and models, so no, ENB can't replace any of them and is intended to be used with almost any other mod (almost, because some lighting overhauls don't go well with some ENBs) .

Is there one you would recommend that 'plays nice' with those 3 mods I mentioned?

Just make sure u install in correctly. ENBs are a pain to install until you get used to it.
