To be honest, most companions I use are mods, even then I keep them at my house in the game. I hope fallout 4 improves upon their UI.

I would not mind a Brotherhood of Steel Paladin that has a similar attitude as Siegfried from the Witcher Games. Or perhaps a child companion, just for the sake of seeing how Bethesda would implement that since children can't be killed in Fallout games without mods.
