did u archive the data folder inside the oxide enb folder, then install that with the mod manager?

Thats a whitescreen.
Remove all ENB related files (copy and paste them into your main Fallout folder overwrite if asked,then rightclick and select "remove copied files" ) Then install the ENB binaries wrapper version.Now you should install Oxide and everything must work fine if you do everything correct.

Also it would be very helpfull if you provide more information about your problem next time you creat a topic like this.

Providing more information about how you went about installing the ENB would be useful, Did you turn off Anti Aliasing and Water Displacement? Did you turn HDR on? tru3th made the specifications pretty clear on the nexus page for this ENB.
