So for some reason Fallout NV seems to lag unbearably ever time I try to play. Skyrim on the other hand is runs perfectly on max settings. Tons more mods on my Skyrim too. Was wondering if any suggestions. Should I uninstall my mods and see what happens or? Thanks for any help guys.

i was getting really bad crashes from one particular mod at one point (Vanessa companion) which was quite frustrating.
try validating your game maybe. That relieved a good few framerate drops I had. Or maybe deactivate a few and reactivate them. See if you can find which ones causing the problem

You should post the solution to your problem. Might help someone else one day that has the same problem. Just saying :)
