I have a problem in my new vegas.....the levelled lists arnt refreshing,, ive had the same weapons from lv 10 to lv 24... specifically mellinea's weapons from his pack arnt showing up... ive never had this problem before.. the only thing ive installed new that's big is nvec. has anybody had problems with their levelled lists. if so what problem and what did u do do fix... I don't really want to start again or uninstall everything and start again... any help would be appreciated.

It could be NVEC. It's quite a bug overhaul mod so it could directly change or even replace level lists meaning that the level lists mill's mods script is trying to put the weapons on no longer exists. Try disabling NVEC then waiting a few ingame days for the level lists to reset (2-3 days I think) and see if Mills weapons start to spawn (the fiends are a good source of his weapons)

If you don't want to search for fiends you can go check the gun runners too if they are there
