Hello people uhhm, this was a problem I had back quite a while ago and whenever I tried to install and enb for fallout it'd just crash when starting up. I figured it was the d3d9.ll whatever it was that was causing it. I tried the injector and nothing happened. I don't get it because I can use an enb on FNV. Soo anyone has a clue? I wanna know so then if I ever go back to Fallout 3 I can play it with great graphics! And I have a crappy graphics card at the moment right now. It's an AMD. So yeah.

I had the same problem, all I did to stop the crash at startup was to right click on NVSE, Fakefullscree, etc. whatever you use, and open it as Admin. Hope this helps man.

Oh yeah I used FOSE for Fallout 3 and FNV with an enb works fine with me but like the problem is that Fallout 3 with an enb isn't working. And I always run my Fnv as admin but thank you for trying to help.

I couldn't have the application to always open as admin or else it crashed. I needed to open it as admin manually and uncheck the always open as admin thingy. Maybe this will help.
