got some kind of weird leg glitch

while playing today I noticed my character"s legs go up into himself and even a bent leg behind him. how can I fix this?

Can you provide a picture? Can't really help unless you have a visual representation of your problem.

Sounds like conflicting meshes, would love a picture of it though

it not a game without it odd moments and bugs but glade its fixed
