Let me just say I love what dragbody does, his overhauls are some of the best the community has to offer bar none. However some lingering issues with NCR overhaul remain.
I've seen this issue posted on the original mod forum but no one has yet to post a fix for it. Essentially NCR Helmet and goggles appear without their textures at random points. Since the helmets have different textures for the same item, I'm assuming it can find certain textures. 99% all the helmets appear fine without any issue(save the original muffled voice bug), so I'm wondering what's causing the issue specifically here.

Given how many troubleshooting posts have to do with dragbody, it might be worth it just to have a mega thread on bug fixes related to his different mods.

If I was a betting man, it has something to do with the first NCR goggles helmet(first as in the one without a 2 next to it in the GECK) texture not rendering properly, why is anyone's guess since the sniper web helmet version tends to render fine when spawning it in my inventory.

For anyone having issues with these specific helmets, I'd recommend switching the mesh in GECK to the goggled helmet provided in Dragbody's 10th anniversary mod pack. It's what I did it's not perfect but it beats the hell out of having to deal with weird ass textures.
