After troubleshooting all day yesterday, I found that the only way to fix the pink heads with Dragbody installed was to install FCO with additional esps that change Vanilla NPCs to the FCO races. With some additional patching with xEdit, everything worked out fine.


Is there any reason Dragbody causes pink heads when installed alone??

I think it has something to do with needing texture files for some of the characters but I'm just a layman when it comes to modding.  I had a similar experience but I was somehow able to get rid of the pink faces without FCO by installing the Roberts body and Beware of Girl.  That got rid of the pink faces but some of the men still had pink hands.  I fixed that using the pink hand fix from Breezes body mod (the original, not the newer AIO version). So now I kind of have a Frankenstein's monster patched together mod list but it works fine.  I was able to get it to work a bit with FCO but still had problems.  Right now, I'm doing a new playthrough and the only character I'm having problems with is the NCR Major at the outpost who has a really funky looking face (multiple colors).  I got tired of trying to figure it out so I just pretend he is in clown school and ignore it.  The rest of the NPCs look fine.  Good luck.
Edit: I was thinking about your post and I went back to check. I added FCO back to my load order (I had removed it in frustration before) and it actually worked on everyone but "Major Clown-Face" who is a lost cause apparently. FCO actually made some the issues I had with Dragbody's NPC mod go away (Sunny Smiles had two face textures for some reason) and the NPCs look better and still have no pink faces or hands. I started a new playthrough so I haven't checked all of the NPCs yet but it is looking good so far with no crashes. Thanks.
