I recently installed an ENB on my Fallout New Vegas and it was working fine at first untill I wanted to remove it and place another ( I completely deleted the other ENB I used while doing so) then it just refuses to launch, as soon as the game starts it crashes i've been very frustrated with this because I wanna take Screenshots and stuff with it and it refuses to launch when I put the D3D9.dll inside the main folder

I'm using Mod Organizer 2 as well as seen in the gif

Try using a different binary. The problem could stem from using a d3d9 that isn't compatible with the ENB you're trying to use.

I deleted fallout and reinstalled it now it works but now lol I can see people through walls and stuff

@SolidOrange Go to your FalloutNVLauncher options and turn on HDR if it's turned off. Turn off antialiasing and anistropic filtering as well. Then go to advanced settings and turn off water displacement.

Then you are ready.
