As the title says, I’ve not really been invested in Fallout/Modding or video games in general for a couple of years now, and apart from very cursory and occasional looks on this website and the nexus I’ve basically been on a bit of a hiatus with the whole thing.

For reference the last time I played anything really was before the DLC come out of fallout 4, which I haven’t played to this day. I’ve not even purchased 76, but I understand the general opinion is that I shouldn’t waste my money.

Anyway, enough of that. I’ve been gone for ages, and I’m looking at playing some fallout 4, while I wait for the frontier mod to come out for NV. I’m wanting to set myself a new decent laid order, but as I’ve been gone for so long, I don’t even know where to start with my downloads.

The vibe I’m wanting to go for is to have the environment be all grown over and reclaimed by nature, like in ‘The Last Of Us’. I’d like to change the weapons out to be modern day one, but I’d also like more emphasis on melee combat if possible.
As for clothing/armour, I’d like to just basically expand what’s available, I don’t have any theme in mind as such, my personal head cannon will allow enough leeway to let most clothing mods fit in, as long as it’s appropriate to the wearer.

If anyone can point me to any mods I particular I’d appreciate it, I’m willing to use mods from anywhere tbh, here, the nexus, other 3rd party sites. Links would be appreciated, but as long as you’re able to give me the name so I can search it myself that’s also fine.
As for mods in here, hopefully I’ll stick around for a while now and will get my access to the restricted section back. So if anyone can recommend anything from there, it’d give me good incentive to make sure I keep the post count up
