Well hello to everyone.
I have to admit i am not just new here but i just found this site , my account is old but i dont even remember when i made it or why, when i tried to register with my usual name it said already taken so i tried my usual password and well here i am so lets just say i am new here.
I am really amaized tbh , this site gets almost 0 coverage , everyone and there grandmother hears about nexus but thats it , and its not the sites fault , ppl , me included are comfortable if its not right there in your face most ppl dont look.
I found it by watching a how to mod new vegas vid and there was a mod list and one of them had a link which wasnt nexus related.
It was one of dragbodys faction overhaul mods i believe it was the ncr one. It just blew my mind away.
This just shows how much effort love and dedication modders have , by default mod are a free thing they need to be , so ppl like him toil away sometimes for years on end , and get almoast nothing in return, yes sure there is patreon an stuff but its generally free.
And just because they are modders they dont get to be spared from the toxic part of any communitie and a nasty comment can ruin anyones mood.
I migts be new here but i shared a couple of screenshots of his work with all my friends who are interested in fallout and modding in general.
I think as mod consumers , we have an obligation to spread these.
Some of the stuff ppl like dragbody make goes above the simple term "mod" its trully art.
About me there isnt much to say other then the usual , gamer into the usual scifi spaceship etc as a hobby i do some 3d modelling on a very amateur level u can find it on deviantart under the same user name and if ill figure out how to put a link on my profile ill do it but be warned its realy amateur stuff.
This is my long winded way of saying glad to be here and to the modders keep up the great and dedicated work and thank you.

Don't sweat the typos, its completely understandable. Now to start off with Welcome to the Gunetwork, I checked out your account on deviantart and the designs are super detailed. Screenshots and discussions are probably my favorite things to do on this site. Not a lot of places out there to have "Fallout" conversations.

But with the new mods that have been released aka NVSE and mod limit just to name a couple. New Vegas modding is going to get more exciting

Thanks for the welcome , well the models might be super detailed but its simple google sketch up and everything made by hand which u can imagines takes effen forver , and they can never be used in a mod for ex (been asked about the homeworld ones) my poly count is astronomical

Well about fallout modding , since the newest game is dead as far as modding goes (not gona start a rant about how bad the game is) that leaves fallout 4 and new vegas , fallout 4 looks pretty i agree and has some good things in it , the power armor for ex, but as a story and as an rpg new vegas is hands down better , its made by obsidian so no wonder there.
Talking about exciting , mods like new california ... ye , and in fallout 4 what really makes me interested are ofc mods , mods like sim settlements or the huge ones coming: miami and the others like it.
If u like fallout 4 settlements but ure shit at it like me i can recommend u look up ranger dave on youtube , he makes settlements that are just on e a next level
I am just going through a huge modding list ultimate modding list or how ever its called , tbh been using mods for bethesda games since new vegas and realised how little i know about it actually.

I am not that used to be active on forums , usualy because there is not much of a community but ill take a look ofc, but chatting on discord is usually more comfortable.
