For a story about Vegas, it always shocked me that there are absolutely no dice games. Is it unusually hard to implement? I mean, even one without the animations of the dice rolling along (if that animation is wildly difficult, the dice just appearing might work). Skyrim actually did it, if I recall.

I also think some kind of virtual reality "games" (especially in light of the memory den) are really underutilized in the fallout universe. Maybe the pipboy games were the version of a typical console, while "memory den" games were for public arcades, or high-end users like the more pricey VR system of today. Virtual reality might actually be a fairly simple thing to implement personally but I find I lack motivation as my new vegas load order is too big anyway. But wouldn't it have been neat in the original nv or fallout 4 game?

Theoretically, yes it's possible I believe.

But it would take an extremely high amount of XML scripting to accomplish it let alone there only being 2-3 scripters in the community who I think would even be capable of it.

terms of scripting is very easy doing. just scripting will take mabe a few minutes. the only problem is the visual part which requiere a lot work.

set iDice to ((Rand 1, 6) + 0.5)

and you got a working Dice everthing else need to be like luck modfier and visual stuff
