I saw ExoticRPGs youtube video "how to remaster fallout new vegas with mods - ultimate 2018 modding guide"
(omg no linking to external websites for newbies, I was gonna link the video here)
and came here hoping to pick up Upgrades from the Commonwealth & Commonwealth Surplus mods.

I'm very new to mods, earlier this year I played the New California mod for Fallout New Vegas using FOMM. I had a lot of fun with this and it stoked the ole fire I've had in me heart since playing FNV years ago.  
WARNING --> my quick opinion:  Fallout 4 while looking great, it did not draw me in the way Fallout 3 & New Vegas did.

So... I really liked the mods listed in the video mentioned above and am hoping to figure out how to use all the non-conflicting mods he listed for my next supercharged New Vegas playthrough.  Honestly, I am chomping at the bit to replay it and my biggest challenge will be being patient enough to mod it out like he did before I start playing again.
