| We'll probably never have charisma and dialogue skill checks of the depth of fallout 3 and new vegas, but so many other really common annoyances look like mods have saved the day. Although I haven't had a full playthrough with them yet.
Preston's radiant quests can be eliminated or toned down... so many of those on the nexus now. Yay my god. Get away from my damn map, Preston. Another "caps for your presence" more makes it profitable to help settlements defend themselves.
Get off my buildzone and bsdefense allow setting up a settlement to be completely self-sufficient, defense-wise. I like it. My insane fortress settlement should be practically invulnerable, especially to a few raiders.
Mods like Project Valkyrie flesh out so many more ending possibilities that people have been screaming for. Depravity and sim settlements conqueror at a lot of "bad guy" content.
I'm a personally huge fan of horizon for that survival-struggle feel, but not everyone likes it.
We shouldn't have to mod Bethesda games, but in the end I'm always glad that we can. |

| I'm not sure I care right now that it was supposedly the worst. It's not what I was talking about. But the curse of New Vegas fans sometimes seems to mean that we can never talk about the Fallout Franchise except to state love for New Vegas or anger at fallout 4. Microsoft will NEVER be allowed to come anywhere near a New Vegas sequel. We yneed to move on.
I'm saying, regardless of what Fallout 4 was, what is now important is what it is. Well, like all Bethesda games and even New Vegas. Fallout 4 might be pretty damned awesome now, even if I still wish we had more complex dialogue skill checks.

| I think this is why it is important to have a good relationship between devs and it's players where developers introduce new ideas that players can get inspiration from and create something new.
This is also why devs shouldn't hinder the creativity of its players with things like copyright. _________________ Will there be enough Dakka? |
