But what type of mods are you looking for? Are you looking for lore-friendly mods or ones to improve the visuals of the game like many of the textures packs on Nexus and dragbody's faction and character overhauls?

well something that enhance graphic for sure so some ENB preset, then something to fix bugs (like Unofficial Skyrim patches), then maybe improvement in model/texture (the commonwealth mods in this forum *wink wink*) -- which I takes time to gain rep in this forum so I probably wait for that before I starting the game >.<. Some good overhauls are awesome too if they enhance the experience and probably some lore friendly additional stuff that can improve the quality of life in game.

As @Tekmon_Xonic said, Gopher is a very good initial staring point in terms of getting to grips with modding. Any help needed don't be afraid to ask, we all remember what it was like starting out (Even the veteran modders) so there's no such thing as a stupid question. Welcome Gramgoyle!! New Vegas is personally my favorite Fallout game of all and this is definitely the right place to be for modding!

^^This is also the video that led me to this site! The video shows a bunch of Dragbody's faction and NPC overhauls which I really love and always keep in my load order. You should definitely check them out and the other mods in the video!
