So do we have any info if the talons are still kicking after fallout 3 ?
  I mean they may be a generic bad guy evil karma fuck you faction... But they had some charm with theyr black armor and no morals code. Where they just wiped out by the BOS ?

None. The Talons were an incredibly inconsequential side faction Bethesda threw together in order to offer some variety to the enemies. Same with the Gunners in Fallout 4. I'd honestly be surprised if we hear from either of these groups ever again after their respective games.
