Hello there! My name is Kenneth or on the internet as Cutter, I am fairly new to Fallout Modding and even newer to this forum right here. I heard about this site from a few people who said this place has really amazing mods. So I made an account and started looking around and I also noticed that it has an amazing community as well, that I am really interested in becoming apart of. I took a brief hiatus from Fallout NV after playing it vanilla for what seems to be years but recently I have been pulled back in by having it be modded.
