| Sounds like either an ENB problem or a DirectX issue. Are NONE of your games working or just Fallout 3/NV? |

| Hey mate.
Have you updated your graphics card driver recently? It looks to be a problem with the latest Nvidia driver and ENB, that's what it seems like from what I've read anyway. |

| From what I've read on the nexus forums the problem with the driver is actually with the GeForce Experience update, Nvidia's "optimization" tool, uninstalling that should fix the problem.
Like most software it comes with its own uninstall wizard, so uninstallation of it and not the whole driver should be easy, On windows 7 its under programs and features and you can uninstall it there, I don't know where it is on windows 8.
Remember though, ONLY uninstall GeForce Experience, not anything else. |

| I'm not sure if this is exactly what you need, but http://www.nvidia.com/object/driver_rollback.html you could also try perusing through the folder with the missing file and try pasting in a downloaded one. _________________ Oxide ENB --- Overgrowth ENB --- TRU ENB --- Wanderer's ENBFlickr --- Youtube --- Steam |

| So uninstalling GeForce Experience worked then? good to hear. I don't know a way to rollback just GeForce Experience, to be honest i find it to be a pointless tool anyway, prefer doing things myself, but that's just me. Ether Nvidia or Boris will fix it eventually. As for the skyrim issue, that is very odd, if you think its an ini issue then resetting them would be the best option, no idea why so many peaople have problems with the inis in skyrim becoming messed up, it happened to me recently as well with LOD fade, even though i hardly touched the ini at all. haha Take care mate. |
