Hello, the tweaks for New Vegas seems to work fine but it won't work very well with Fallout 4.

First of all.

I have a GTX 1080 ti (11gb of memory), I7 7700K and 16gb of ram.

I lag when i shoot and when i switch weapons, it takes too long, it also lags when i open my pipboy.
When weapons debris is off, it seems to fix the firing lag problem but i would like to keep it at its max, i am sure it is possible even with all the textures and mods but how? And for the switching weapon, i would like to know how to fix it as well.

I would also like the game to run at 60 fps at most times if possible.


I have already tweaked the Fallout4.ini, Fallout4Custom.ini, Fallout4Prefs.ini and the ENBLocal.ini but still no luck.
I have changed a few settings on Nvidia Geforce and iFPSClamp does not seems to work and i prefer to not use it anyway.

If someone has a great guide for a computer beast like mine which tells me what to change in each ini and in the Nvidia Geforce then or by your own experience I would really appreciate if you could share it with me, thanks!
