The Kings had their own short questline with the NCR, the Tunnel Snakes were only meant to be for the intro of the game.
It’s not really a fair comparison. .

Well, they are the same idea, but The Kings were so much more developed, so I'll stay with The Kings.

@Firiox well you mean the idea of being a gang? because i think they had very different ideologies, the kings purpose was to protect freeside and tunnel snakes were just to do what they wanted.
