| I rarely have no caps in Fallout. The only times I have low money in Bethesda games is when the shitty merchant system only carries a few hundred when that doesn't even cover half of m early game loot. It was worse in FO3/FO4 though. In FO3, vendors rarely restocked so you'd pile up in-game days/weeks of loot. In 4, vendors only carried like 1k caps in total for the entirety of the game. |

| Oh boy, try playing Fallout 3 with Vicious Wastes. You will always be on low stims and caps. Only way to heal is by seeing a doctor and PAYING for their service. Then again, we always have "player.additem f 500" |

| I think it doesnt really matter if you have full/low hp.I never leave a single stimpak behind. |
