| I reinstalled New Vegas the other day and along with that, downloaded a ton of mods. But now whenever I play, I get low fps. It averages around 20, however when running, turning, shooting, etc. it can drop even lower. I do have a ton of texture mods like NMC and OJO BUENO, but they're on the medium settings. I also have Jay's ENB installed. Despite being medium settings, my fps is still pretty low. Here are my specs: Intel Core i5-4460, 3.2 GHz 8GB Ram NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 As you can see I have a pretty good computer, so I don't understand why I get this kind of fps. | I actually don't think it's a plugin/load order problem now that I've looked further. It seems to be Jay's ENB. When toggled off I get a nice 60 FPS, but toggled on it shoots down to 20-25. I know that ENBs will cause drops but I didn't expect anything this severe. |

| You have to configure enblocal.ini and enbseries.ini according to your system performances. _________________ |

| Already did this when I installed the ENB, still have the same problem. :/ |

numerous textures, even medium, can make the difference. Please, see my signature : troubleshooting ENB  |

| Thanks for the help everyone. I just ended up switching off AmbientOcclusion and RealisticShadows on my ENB and went back up to 60 fps. It's uglier, but it runs better. |
