(here is my load order, and I don't use NMC, Ojo, Poco and ENB.)
I don't think I use faulty or heavy mods. I also use the latest JIPLN and NVAC too.
However, my game crashes and the computer blacks out with noises when I enter Bison steve and shoot some convicts.
I started to think one of Dragbody's mods is causing a problem with Uncut or Outside bets.

Well, do you have any idea when your problems started? I have bunch of Dragbody's mods and Uncut Wasteland and they definitely does not have any conflicts. I don't use Outside Bets though. Plus I have 128 active .esp & .esm files and some merged files.

Your game / computer crashing sounds more like a software issue. Used to happen with my older computer in some heavy situations in a game.

I think the problem started before I clean out some malware and viruses. And I wiped out all of them. I think the crashing is related to software as you said. Let me test the game again with most Drag's mods.
