Normally i play on survival mode so having settlers and having them make food and water appear in the workbench is rather important

However, even after 2 fresh installs with no mods at all im still having the same bug.
No settlers ever appear at any of my settlements after the first one, even after a long play session and in the past week playing heavily, no more have appeared.
Not only that but any produce, like food and water never appear in any of my workbenches even when people are assigned to them/purifiers have power. Does anyone know a fix for this
